A growthy 29-month-old Simmental bull, Elite Nitrous sold for a top price of $17,000 at Glen Waldron and Kim Groner’s Elite Charolais and Simmental Sale held on-property at Murwollok, Meandarra, on Thursday.
Elite Nitrous entered the sale ring with a weight of 1086kg, an eye muscle area of 158 sq cm and scrotal circumference of 41 cms and after a spirited bidding war was bought through a phone bid by Clermont commercial cattleman, Bevan Hall.
