| Dear Members ABRI online transactions will cease at the end of February – this will give the Registrars time to complete work before final database extraction mid March. The 1st of each month has been Breedplan’s deadline so any data you put in by end February, will still go in the March run and available on the website. CGEN Login access will be made available from 1st April. You will be sent your password from that date. Your login will still be your herd ident. The Registrar team are all well versed in CGEN so they should be your first point of call with any issues. You can email registrar@genetichub.com.au or call on 02 6933 1214. Any herds wishing to stay with Breedplan after end March need to let me know ASAP so I can give permission for your data to remain available with ABRI. You will then need to liaise with them for any data entry going forward. How to videos will be released in the weeks leading up to the 1st April launch and will be available on our website at all times. Registrations and performance recording will be done through the CGEN login. We understand that there are herds that don’t have access to internet services and we will continue to service those members as we do now. If you perceive any issues with upcoming sales within these times, please contact us. IGS Convention in March The IGS, AGS and Genetic Hub stakeholders are holding an IGS convention in Wagga Wagga on Tuesday 7th and Wednesday 8th March at the Wagga Wagga RSL Club. You will need to RSVP your attendance to office@genetichub.com.au . Cost is $66 per person to cover catering. There will be IGS staff from the US in attendance, CGEN database presentations and current IGS producers telling their experience. There will also be a workshop in Toowoomba on Friday 10th March with further information to come. We ask that if you have particular questions for any of the team to please sent them in so the presentations can be tailored to those queries. We strongly recommend all our members, stud, commercial and youth to come along to these events.
