Bylaw changes
The Bylaws have had two changes made to them following discussion at recent Board meetings
2.1.2 Progeny Grades – the existing grading table and an updated grading table has been added to the Bylaws on page 4. The changes take effect for 2021 born calves and any imported animals from 2021 and going forward. These changes are to keep in line with the Canadian grading table.
2.16 Semen Shares – to aid members who have to older semen in tanks giving them the ability to register progeny.
Any feedback on these Bylaw changes can be asked of your Federal member.
Spring Inventory
The Spring Inventory or Dam Disposal list has been sent to your member login or posted for those who don’t have a login.
Please check your Download Files area for a Disposal List dated 14th April.
Forms are due back on 30th June. You can also enter these through the member login screen under Online Transactions. Inactive sires in your ownership can also be made inactive this way.
Beef promotional flyers
Do you have any promotional gear /sale flyers you’d like inserted into trade bags at Beef? If yes, I need them to reach Inverell by Thursday 27th April if you can’t bring them to Beef yourself.
Also looking for promo videos to go on our TV at Beef. Looking to put them all on one USB so not swapping about. Please email or dropbox to office@simmental.com.au
