A reminder that DNA request forms can be sent in to us prior to posting. We will process the request electronically and email you back a PDF to print and send with your samples to Neogen. As the mail will not be opened while I’m on leave, please take advantage of this procedure to keep your DNA testing flowing.
I’ve noticed quite a few emails are still using the old abri email addresses. The forwarding of these emails is not long term, please make sure you are using the new email addresses as stated above. If you haven’t received a response from us, please check your Spam folder as I’ve had reports some emails are being redirected there.
