Simmental Australia has had to postpone the Federal AGM to a date yet to be confirmed. ASIC has extended the time to 31st July 2020 but due to constantly changing advice, we will revisit this weekly.
In regard to State AGMs, these can be postponed, but still to be held before the Federal AGM. The NSW branch will be holding a video conference and depending on the success of that, we can certainly do the same for the other states. If you’re a Full Stud member in NSW and did not receive the email regarding the video conference, please call Felicity on 02 6773 2714.
Felicity and Claudia will be transitioning working from home if the need arises that we are not able to be in the office.
As it will be difficult to manage the mail if we are not in the office, we ask that you use your member login to register calves or scan and email your S1 forms and transfers in. We know this option will not suit everyone, especially with DNA, but if you can contact us by phone and we know it’s coming, then we may be able to get ABRI open that mail so we can process the DNA.
While the phone’s are forwarded to one of our phones, please note that the caller ID doesn’t always show, so please leave a message, as we are not be able to ring back on what’s then called a “private number” missed call.
Remember that your invoices are available on the member login / download area if you’re missing any, along with S1 forms etc.
