Have you sent your vote in?
There will not be a live vote at the meeting. The Special Motion vote is a postal vote where you can scan and email your vote, then post the original to us by 12noon, Monday 15th June.
Have you asked for a login?
A login will be sent out the day prior to the AGM. You will get a link to take you to Zoom along with a Login and a Password. If your internet will not allow video conferencing, there will be a phone number to join with the same login and password.
Proxies?
If you’ve sent a proxy with your vote then your vote is already counted. If you’ve sent a proxy without a vote, the member with your proxy will vote on your behalf.
