A phone video of a mob of young steers in a set of yards spoke volumes for the reason its creators paid top price at the annual Fairview black Simmental bull sale at Mungallala on Wednesday afternoon.
Rod ‘Pod’ Handley, based at Eddington and Mt Elliott, neighbour Fairview stud principals Tony Horvath and Roslyn Ware to the north, and were in the market for more of their bulls after taking some home the year before last.
