Virginio (Jim) Introvigne
Virginio (Jim) Introvigne, aged 85, father of Mike and Rob Introvigne of Bonnydale Black Simmentals, Bridgetown, WA, passed away peacefully on the morning of December 4th in the Bridgetown hospital.
After immigrating from Italy in 1955 and beginning his farming career in 1964 with wife Rita, Jim founded the Bonnydale Stud in 1974 which lay the foundations of a successful cattle and cropping enterprise today. He was an astute and exceptional cattleman who knew how to produce prime cattle that buyers keenly sort.
His legacy will continue for many years as he has two grandsons who share his passion for agriculture.
